One drink that occurs to me when I recollect back of drinking days in college.
The rare occasion of being in my favorite bar by myself was with this drink.
Bad hangover follows, but a good killer. And it actually tastes quite good.
It's one drink you have to drink at a bar.
Well, not only it gets messy around, what fun is it if you do that in your kitchen?
Tequila 1/2

Mojito
One of my all time favorite. For me, regardless of the weather.
I just can do it any time of the season.
Keep changing the recipe, and believe I haven't reached the best.
(I guess, now that I stopped measuring for this, I will just hit the random low and random high for the drink. But, however it's made, good enough for me.)
I even bought a plant of mint for this.
By far the best recipe I followed was from Jefferey Morganthaler.

Side Car, or Blue Fleet?
I guess Side car is one of the old classic cocktails that became a base for many.
It was a classic, and worked well on me. Nice fragrance of brandy with good sour lemon juice.
Frankly, can't find very much of the difference between blue and white curacao, thus I'll post the thing called blue fleet together.
Seems like the only difference there is the color of the curacao.
White/Blue Curacao 1
Brandy 1
Lemon Juice 1
-> Shake

Amalfi Dream
Ah, what was I thinking when I mindlessly picked up the limoncello.
I didn't have the slightest idea how sweet it will be and how it will lack of tartness.
I just couldn't resist the name of lemon and alcohol.
Smell of the liquor was just as good as I imagined, but the taste is too sweet for me.
However, this is the best yet recipe for me using the liquor.
Should try it with ice cream someday.
Vodka 3
Limoncello 2
Lemon Juice 1
Ice
-> shake

Polar short cut
Just like many of my recipes, I found this in a comic book called, bartender.
The cocktail is said to be made to celebrate the new air route to get to polar in a short cut, or was it pass the polar, to somewhere else.
Nah, I don't remember.
Dark rum 1
Cherry Brandy 1
Dry Vermouth 1
-> Stir
Not very familiar taste for me, and wasn't enough to live up to my expectation when I read the comic book, but definitely a new try for me.
Say, taste of being an adult.

Beginning...again
I don't know when I'll stop this madness of keep leaving stuffs after me, but I just needed some place to keep records for the recipes of the cocktails. I expect this to be not very long, though.
Hoped that labeling will make myself keeping track of what's and what's not able to make with my stock. It's just a personal record.
Where do I stand in terms of making cocktail? Mediocre beginner, who is just curious what it's gonna be like to mix all that drinks. So, don't make comments like, argh, that's not real. I know it's just good to have your own lime juice made than lazy lime. I'm just not that diligent, nor very keen to the high end of the taste.
Anyways, why on earth am I using english?
Well, all the ingredients are in english, so for the sake of my english, let's just keep it this way for now.
