Mimosa

This is probably one of the most well-known cocktails, and 'the' most well-known for champagne-based cocktail.

I guess this is the sunday brunch kind of cocktail.

Half OJ
Half Champagne.

Due to its reputation for brunch drink, some said, champagne is the alcohol, than can be consumed at any time of the day, any time of the week, any time of the year. Well, that's perfectly understandable, as drinking beer on early sunday morning sounds alcoholic, but drinking mimosa at the time doesn't.

However, for me, champagne is something that isn't easily accessible. It's probably because I don't have many to celebrate in my life. So, here it is. The most common, but not to be met in a short time cocktail. (It wasn't that good, anyways. Really.)

60 Hillcrest

Probably I just didn't do it right. But regardless of its all-good ingredients, it was bland and sweet for me.
Wouldn't make it again.

1 oz. Bacardi White Rum
1 oz. Beefeater Dry Gin
Orange Juice
Sprite

Blood Orange

I don't even remember where I found this recipe, nor have I tried it yet.

Just for future reference.

Blood Orange
1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
.75 oz Campari
.75 oz dry vermouth
1.5 oz fresh orange juice
-> Shake

Campari Orange

I guess I have some issues with Campari. It's even more bitter than actual bitters to me.
I don't know it this is normal or not, but it's simply bitter.
Adding one part more of OJ gave me an acceptable balance between the bitterness and other flavors., but the resulting product doesn't qualify as an alcoholic drink, at least for me.

Campari 1
Orange Juice 3
->Stir
