Americano highball

Weirdly enough, Campari was one of the scary ingredients that I could use.
The reason I bought it was because of the Campari Orange, which sounds like a sweet concoction.
However, Campari, has a strong bitter taste, almost to be thought as the bitters.

While Campari orange didn't turn out to be as I expected, this one worked out pretty well.

Did my life become too bitter to accept the bitterness of Campari, or is it just the magical chemistry of Seltzer water and Vermouth?

2 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Campari
Seltzer Water to fill up the cup (Club soda might do the work)

Moscow Mule

Upon visiting the grocery, it occurred to me that it's a high season for the citrus.
Bought three of them, and juiced them all. This is the rare occasion where I actually use the real juice with the exception of Mojito.

As searching for the perfect recipe using this fresh and fragrant lime juice, I realized, simple recipes should do the best with this nice juice.

Oldies but Goodies. The well-known birth story of this cocktail includes the marketing of Smirnoff vodka for US. Well, it's pretty damn good to be the ad hoc recipe.

Build over ice
2 shots of vodka
1 shot of lime juice
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Top it with club soda.

Goooood :)

Sunnier Sour

Right to my taste.
All the ingredients are of my favor. Couldn't go wrong, I guess.
Proportions are a bit quirky, but worth trying it.

4 oz. Club Soda
1 1/2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1 1/4 oz. Dark Rum
1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice

Mojito

One of my all time favorite. For me, regardless of the weather.
I just can do it any time of the season.

Keep changing the recipe, and believe I haven't reached the best.
(I guess, now that I stopped measuring for this, I will just hit the random low and random high for the drink. But, however it's made, good enough for me.)

I even bought a plant of mint for this.

By far the best recipe I followed was from Jefferey Morganthaler.
