Brandy or Rum 45 ml
Lemon Juice 15 ml
Maple Syrup 15 ml (if sugar 2 tsp, and I only had half of Maple syrup)
Can't help saying I had a bad day today. It was the due date of the rare homework of this semester's class. The fact that distressed me most is not that I wasn't good enough in coding to do a very good job on it, but that even in the most desperate moments I just couldn't concentrate less than I did today. That's a major disappointment.
Anyways, after the long abstinent with the alcohol (2 weeks!!), and having the meeting canceled, I decided to reward myself with a cup of warm cocktail. I was never a big fan of warm alcohol, but these days, my body calls for it. I couldn't make the hot chocolate because of the lack of the ingredients, so here it is, a lot more to my taste, and all ingredients on hand cocktail.
This one has very predictable taste, the one that I have been drinking for so long;; Just added brandy to it. However, I haven't tried it yet, but cheapest rum will do the same trick.
After 40 hours of battle with the distraction and digress of myself, I need a good rest.

Ritz Fizz
Once I opened the champagne, I couldn't resist the urge of making the cocktails with champagne.
This is one I couldn't imagine the result beforehand, but it turned out quite well.
Though the recipe has all the merit;; of my hated recipe - being terribly inaccurate - I followed it through, and voila, pretty good.
Quite complicated flavor amalgamated in one drink.
Pleasure finding.
dash(es) Amaretto
dash(es) Blue Curacao
Champagne
dash(es) Lemon Juice

Sunnier Sour
Right to my taste.
All the ingredients are of my favor. Couldn't go wrong, I guess.
Proportions are a bit quirky, but worth trying it.
4 oz. Club Soda
1 1/2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1 1/4 oz. Dark Rum
1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice

Side Car, or Blue Fleet?
I guess Side car is one of the old classic cocktails that became a base for many.
It was a classic, and worked well on me. Nice fragrance of brandy with good sour lemon juice.
Frankly, can't find very much of the difference between blue and white curacao, thus I'll post the thing called blue fleet together.
Seems like the only difference there is the color of the curacao.
White/Blue Curacao 1
Brandy 1
Lemon Juice 1

Amalfi Dream
Ah, what was I thinking when I mindlessly picked up the limoncello.
I didn't have the slightest idea how sweet it will be and how it will lack of tartness.
I just couldn't resist the name of lemon and alcohol.
Smell of the liquor was just as good as I imagined, but the taste is too sweet for me.
However, this is the best yet recipe for me using the liquor.
Should try it with ice cream someday.
Vodka 3
Limoncello 2
Lemon Juice 1
