Blue Margarita

Another cocktail using the lime juice.
This turned out to be fine, but not that great.

1.5oz Tequila
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Lime juice

Moscow Mule

Upon visiting the grocery, it occurred to me that it's a high season for the citrus.
Bought three of them, and juiced them all. This is the rare occasion where I actually use the real juice with the exception of Mojito.

As searching for the perfect recipe using this fresh and fragrant lime juice, I realized, simple recipes should do the best with this nice juice.

Oldies but Goodies. The well-known birth story of this cocktail includes the marketing of Smirnoff vodka for US. Well, it's pretty damn good to be the ad hoc recipe.

Build over ice
2 shots of vodka
1 shot of lime juice
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Top it with club soda.

Goooood :)

Mimosa

This is probably one of the most well-known cocktails, and 'the' most well-known for champagne-based cocktail.

I guess this is the sunday brunch kind of cocktail.

Half OJ
Half Champagne.

Due to its reputation for brunch drink, some said, champagne is the alcohol, than can be consumed at any time of the day, any time of the week, any time of the year. Well, that's perfectly understandable, as drinking beer on early sunday morning sounds alcoholic, but drinking mimosa at the time doesn't.

However, for me, champagne is something that isn't easily accessible. It's probably because I don't have many to celebrate in my life. So, here it is. The most common, but not to be met in a short time cocktail. (It wasn't that good, anyways. Really.)

Ritz Fizz

Once I opened the champagne, I couldn't resist the urge of making the cocktails with champagne.
This is one I couldn't imagine the result beforehand, but it turned out quite well.
Though the recipe has all the merit;; of my hated recipe - being terribly inaccurate - I followed it through, and voila, pretty good.

Quite complicated flavor amalgamated in one drink.
Pleasure finding.

Champagne Blitz

4 oz Champagne
3/4 oz White creme de menthe

Well, what else to say, it tastes like the mint added champagne.
No better, no worse.
